What are common reasons Change Management projects fail?
Usually it's because the "why" has not been articulated well enough. Everyone involved in the process needs to know why they're doing it. What are the end goals, how do we get there and what are we hoping to achieve? And critically, why it's not possible to achieve that with what we already have.

How can you manage your time when multiple speakers are presenting?
If you're hosting a panel, it's important to have a variety of people - a mix of genders and perspectives. If you're moderating, try to give equal time to each participant, and don't allow one person to dominate. And unless there's no stage (meaning visibility would be an issue) no high stools! Some people, are smaller, wear heels or skirts and can't get on them!
