Following the success Virgin Media’s initial rollout of smart support earlier this year, we’re introducing the second phase - which aims to optimise a customer’s connection within the first 14 days of installation. Phase two of smart support will focus specifically on new customers’ connections during the first two weeks of their service, monitoring broadband performance with the aim of optimising their connection through proactive troubleshooting. Virgin Media is the first major telecoms provider to proactively reach out to customers to improve their broadband experience, which has seen positive results to date with smart support resulting in a more reliable connection and less time offline for customers currently receiving the service.
