The menu revolution at Vapiano is officially underway 🍕 🍝 🍷 After months of discovering, tasting, trialling, feedback and lots of cooking, yesterday we launch our fantastic new dishes - owning our status as The Home of Handmade Fresh Pasta, alongside a super strong pizza and antipasti menu. A hero’s welcome for new Pasta dishes such as Hot Smoked Salmon in a fresh herb cream, and the Specialé Beef with homemade slow cooked beef and mushroom ragù. We’ve always had a strong Pizza game here and now players include our Signature Margherita with Fior de Latte mozzarella and the Polpette with seasoned lamb meatballs. On day one, we have already see the Garlic Parmesan Dough Balls flying out from our open kitchen. So much more, a brilliant wine list (thanks Boutinot Wines), superb Cocktails and Softails (oh and Vappy Hour runs 3-6 Mon-Thursday) for the final flourishing touch. This week we held our Chef Championships, and brought our teams together for the ultimate cook off of all cook offs! 👨🍳 After various heats, our finalists from each restaurant competed to be our Chef Champion '24' and have their dish on the menu! International Women's Day is just around the corner and we're BUZZING to celebrate with all the fabulous women in our business. On Friday 8th March at Vapiano Great Portland Street, women across all levels will be working the floor, all day and night in an all-female shift from Directors, to NPD, chefs, bar and managers from other Vapiano restaurants. It’s the perfect excuse for us to be together, empower each other and basically have the best shift ever - all to the beats of our all-female playlist.
