A big shout out to our CEC team in Gateshead for their meaningful contribution during Mental Health Awareness Week last week. On Tuesday evening, they distributed thank you notes to brighten people's days and remind them of their value (we've added a few of them to this post!) Many team members were pleasantly surprised by the gestures, and these notes are still displayed on desks as a lasting reminder of appreciation. Additionally, we shared an email containing valuable information and resources about mental health, encouraging those in need to seek support. A huge shout out to our CEC for their amazing efforts and contribution to Cleft Lip and Palate Association (CLAPA) It's great that we get to help raise awareness and raise funds for such a worthy cause.
This week, Tructyre are popping the kettle on and holding a ‘Cuppa for CLAPA’ event in their office as well as wearing blue for the day. Nicole Chambers, (Customer Service Specialist at Tructyre) told us, “We are going to do a ‘Cake and a Cuppa’ where we charge 50p and team managers will make cuppas for their team and provide them a cake of their choice! At Tructyre CEC we take great pride in offering our customers a great customer service and find motivating our CEC colleagues is a key way to achieve this. Although we take calls to assist our customers 24/7, 365 days a year, with two less working days Easter is traditionally a time where our invoice backlog increases heavily - but not this year with our colleagues working hard to win our ‘Pizza Bunny’ incentive! Stretched targets were set to keep our invoice backlog low as well as ensuring we answered our customer’s calls with minimal delay, and the prize?? PIZZA FOR ALL. Of course, our hard working team smashed the stretched targets and enjoyed their pizza’s!! We’ll be applying these same principles to ensure seamless customer service over upcoming holidays 😊
