We’re looking forward to showcasing our latest innovations to customers old and new on stand 7A02 ✈

We are proud to launch Project Echo - a new endeavour from the colour, materials and finish (CMF) team at Thompson Aero Seating. Background: Thompson has long been established as a leader in the design, innovation and production of luxury seating and we are now turning the spotlight on CMF; an often-overlooked area of expertise in seating design. Our starting point has been to give our own Vantage range of seats a coherence that makes the products stand together as a brand but that still gives each seat its own individuality.   Inspiration: We have been inspired by our surroundings, using the essence of Thompson’s Northern Irish heritage and key colour trends. Through these, we have created a narrative that is a reflection of our culture. We have interpreted the colours and textures into visuals and showcased these in the latest Vantage seating range. Using nature and the chemistry of its colours as our influence we have brought our brand aesthetic to life, layering tinted darks along with pops of brighter colours and highlights to capture the spirit of the land.   Over to you….. Through Project Echo we are offering airlines a neutral starting point from which their own brand can be developed. Airline customers will be able to view the Vantage seating range with the new Project Echo designs at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2024 in Hamburg.   How will you be inspired?

With today being Earth Day, we wanted to share the sustainability journey we have been on so far. At Aircraft Interiors Expo 2023 we showcased a green wall dedicated to our eco credentials. We introduced our ‘material collaboration’ approach to sustainability, working closely with industry-leading suppliers to actively engage in looking at alternative materials and processes leading to increased sustainable manufacturing. We also joined the Green Cabin Alliance.   We have now reviewed all aspects of the business in order to produce a sustainability report. This is vital in helping us to continue to shape our strategies and in helping us to conduct ourselves today in a way that safeguards the future. Our sustainability report showcases our efforts and initiatives across the three pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance. We are excited to develop our ESG strategy further and demonstrate our commitment to the world we live in through a more sustainable business. Happy Earth Day! #earthday https://lnkd.in/gNpFUw6G
