A major developing story this morning as the world is hit with one of the biggest IT outages in recent years, grounding planes, halting operations and shutting major services down. Rest assured none of razorblue's services are affected. The issue has been caused by a faulty update pushed out by CrowdStrike, a company that make security software. Whilst razorblue do not use this product directly, many other organisations do including large financial institutions. This means that many clients are seeing disruption to services and platforms which are provided by third parties.
