One workplace trend that has taken off since the pandemic is ‘chronoworking’. This is the practice of fitting workplace schedules around individual circadian rhythms, which allows people to work their most productive hours. A contrast to the traditional 9-5 model – which was introduced by US labour unions in the 1800s – chronoworking could boost employee wellbeing, company productivity and long-term staff retention. #Chronoworking #EmployeeWellbeing #FlexibleWorking #Productivity ●     https://lnkd.in/emZzkJHU. ●     https://lnkd.in/eE8Ep9p3 ●     https://lnkd.in/edkFnrYX
