We help babies, children, and young people who are seriously unwell, and their families, make the most of every day.

About us

Our vision is for every baby, child, and young person who is seriously unwell, and their loved ones, to have access to expert and compassionate palliative care from the point of diagnosis. We help children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, and their families, make the most of every day - and support those who die young to do so in as much comfort as possible, surrounded by family. We are here to enable those we support to enjoy life as children, rather than as patients; as families, not just as carers. Our staff and trained volunteers provide clinical, emotional and practical support for families across north and central London, as well as Herts Valley.

We're delighted to announce that we've been shortlisted in the Charity Times Charity Collaboration of the Year with our partner, Ripples of Compassion. 🦋 This partnership has allowed us to provide even more meaningful resources to grieving families. Together, we've offered beautiful memory-making jewellery, care packages, and inscribed butterflies to honour children who have died. This collaboration has strengthened our ability to support families. We're grateful for this recognition of our work ❤️#CharityTimesAwards

  • Dreams really do come true! 💙⚽ We're dedicated to creating special moments, big and small, and everything in between. Thanks to our friends at Chelsea Football Club, Sehajmeet had the opportunity to experience an unforgettable moment—a meet and greet with the squad at Stamford Bridge! 🌟🏟️ His brother shared with us, "Sehajmeet genuinely hasn’t enjoyed a day as much as this for a long time, so we really really appreciate this.” The joy on Sehajmeet's face was truly priceless. 💙

Happy Pride from Noah's Ark Children's Hospice! 🏳️🌈 The Ark is bursting with Pride this week! We've got our LGBTQ+ history board proudly on display, colourful decorations hanging beautifully, and our staff are rocking their brightest looks. We even enjoyed a delicious rainbow cake during our tea break! 🌈 At Noah's Ark, we believe everyone deserves to feel loved and accepted. As Rebecca Taylor, who works to improve the experience of the young people we support, beautifully puts it: "We embrace and celebrate every person for who they are. The individuals we support—whether they are children who are unwell, siblings, or parents—who identify as LGBTQ+ are free to be themselves with us without fear of judgment or discrimination.”❤️💛💚
