It's heartening to know that the recruitment industry has made huge strides in erasing the stigma around mental health. I remember when I first joined the industry, it was a taboo subject that no one dared to talk about. I would like to express my thanks to Richard Whalley for hosting a Yoga Nidra session with us this morning.
