Pride Month is an expression of love, freedom, and acceptance. During the month of June, we use this date of our Inclusive Calendar to reflect on this extraordinary human rights movement and show our support of the LGBTQ+ community. Together with colleagues across the Group, our PROUD! LGBTQ+ and Allies affinity group supported a series of activities in our centres, within local communities, and internally. From sponsoring local Pride events, and spotlighting art and culture at the District of Joy event in Milan, to rainbow-colourful in-centre activations. Our teams were also invited to share their creativity in a Pride-themed art showcase and hear personal perspectives from colleagues in an educational podcast series. We are committed to developing a diverse, inclusive, and open organisation that has people at its heart and reflects our presence in the communities that we work within. We are pleased to have strengthened our partnership with premium Italian denim brand, Diesel, with the opening of a new store at Designer Outlet La Reggia near Naples.   The new boutique spans 264 sqm and carries both menswear, womenswear and Diesel's iconic denim collections, alongside footwear, perfume and accessories ranges.
