✨ October First Thursday ✨ Safe to say I’m nursing a bit of a sore head this morning, but it was great to get everyone together to celebrate the month of September and look towards what we want to achieve this October🎃    As normal we also celebrated promotions, consultant of the month and our MVP!    🚀 Huge congratulations to Harry who last month was promoted to Team Lead. Since he joined our TECHOHANA division back in 2021 Harry has not only exceled in is personal performance but has supported the growth of a number of our consultants. Excited to see how his team grow into 2024  ⭐️ Tom O'Reilly won Consultant of the Month, after hitting his promotion target in July Tom hasn’t stopped. He’s been building some great relationships over the last couple of months supporting companies finding the right cyber professionals for them so it’s great to see his hard work paying off  🎓 Our MVP this month was Tom Mullaly, as our finance director Tom works extremely hard to make oversee LSG’s financial health and growth implementing many strategies to set us all up for success! His is the oracle of knowledge when it comes to finance and is always on hand to support anyone in the business with their understand of the global financial market and their own personal finance As always the evening was excellent organised by our Queen of People Ope 👑 looking forward to an exciting October and the last quarter of the year🥂

1 Year Anniversary! Today marked my 1 year anniversary with TECHOHANA & Locke Staffing Group and what better way to celebrate than with Millie's Cookies and a Bottle of Champagne! I just want to thank everyone I've worked with over the last year as I wouldn't be here without your help. Alongside that, I want to thank anyone I've spoken to in the Salesforce ecosystem - It's been a pleasure working with everyone and I look forward to meeting more people in my 2nd year!

🥂 Lunch Club 🥂 Probably one of my favourite incentives that recruitment offers is Lunch Club and on Friday I got to experience my first one here at LSG! We hopped over to Mayfair and enjoyed a private dining experience at Hide. The food was amazing, although sometimes it was so well presented it felt criminal to eat it! It was a great to get out of the office and celebrate some fantastic performances from the team 👏🏼 Excited to see where we’ll be going next time and who gets on it 👀 Locke Staffing Group

✨First Thursday ✨    We mixed things up here at LSG this month and did First Thursday on the last Thursday of the month but we had a lot to celebrate so it felt right!    Over July and August we welcomed new faces to London HQ who were expertly trained by Charles and Cinzia and we wanted to recognise the work they all put into training and the win's they've had so far👏🏼 So a big well done and thank you to Aaron, Abbie, Jack, Jess, Haseeb and Tom for all your hard work so far, excited to see how your careers progress with us📈   As normal we also celebrated promotions, consultant of the month and our MVP!    🚀 Big congratulations to Madison who got her Senior promotion this month and took the step to start mentoring some of our new associates. As well as Callum whose got his consultant promotion!   ⭐️ Alongside his promotion Callum also won Consultant of the Month, I think it's safe to say Callum didn't have the smoothest start to his recruitment career but through his hard work and dedication has absolutely smashed it over the summer and it's great to see his success.   🎓 Our MVP this month was Charles, alongside heading up the training here in London HQ Charles is the office hype man, the energy he brings to the sales floor is unmatched and alongside the training the support he gives our consultants incredible.   There was defiantly a lot to celebrate last night and we had a great to time at the oyster shed fantastically organised by our Queen of operations Ope👑 Locke Staffing Group William Bottriell

Career's at LSG 🚀 In my opinion the team we have here at LSG is the best, everyone is ambitious and working hard to make the most of everything recruitment has to offer💸📈 One in particular is the fabulous Zoe Stride of TECHOHANA! Since joining us in November 2021 she has grown tremendously, she's doesn't shy away from a challenge and is very close to hitting her Principal target! In my time with the business I've seen her be one of the most consistent billers on the floor and has step up to mentor our new cohort of in coming trainee's.
