We recently brought our second year Graduate Managers together for their final instalment of our leadership development programme - Leading the Way 2. Focussing on influencing skills, leading innovation and flexing your personal leadership style. A letter was written to their future selves outlining their goals and achievements and the creation of vision boards brought this all to life! This was perfect timing as our graduates work towards their enduring roles after the programme, with several of them already securing management positions in their chosen area. Well done to all!
