The recent FTSE Women Leaders Review has highlighted Grainger's remarkable progress across several key areas. This independent, business-led framework, supported by the Government, evaluates businesses against gender-focused targets, aiming to improve the representation of women on the Boards and Leadership teams of the FTSE 350 and 50 of the UK’s largest private companies. Grainger has made substantial strides, improving our position from 46th last year to 19th this year. A remarkable achievement, with The Condor has stabilised!👏 We are thrilled to share that The Condor, Derby’s inaugural build to rent development, forming an integral part of the wider £200 million Becketwell regeneration project, has stabilised, achieving 97% occupancy. Launched in August 2023, The Condor has seen great success thanks to the dedication and hard work of our Midlands team. Millwrights Place exceeds pre-leasing expectations👏 We are thrilled to announce excellent pre-leasing at Millwrights Place, our second build-to-rent development in Bristol. During the pre-leasing phase, over 1/3 of homes (85 apartments) were leased. 🏡 Our innovative approach, including video viewings and a robust digital awareness campaign, allowed customers to reserve units before completion. Millwrights Place comprises 231 new studio, one, and two bed rental homes in the centre of Bristol and has now welcomed its first residents. Millwrights Place follows the success of Hawkins & George, a well-established residential community launched at Finzels Reach in Bristol in 2019.
