Expert global Electronics Manufacturing Services company with over 35 years experience.
About us
Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company. We provide a comprehensive range of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), focusing on PCB Assembly, Cable and Wire Harness Assembly and Complete Product Assembly, from our Basingstoke headquarters in the UK and our 3 wholly owned factories in Petrosani Romania. We also have a commercial office in Amsterdam which manages our European supply chain and our non UK customers. You can protect your sensitive electronic assembly's components from moisture, solvents, UV light, dust, vibration and after market tampering with our specialist encapsulation Low Pressure Overmoulding (LPO) process. LPO leaves your electronics undamaged, overmoulds the case directly onto your electronics and seals to IP67 rating. There is no need for a separate housing or potting. LPO also offers protection for Cable Assemblies, where connector sealing and strain relief is needed. We also now offer High Pressure Overmoulding when the components to be encapsulated are more robust. EC is the first contract manufacturer in the UK to include LPO as a major component in the delivery of a complete turnkey electronics manufacturing service. Manufacturing processes at our UK and Romanian sites are ISO 9001:2015 approved and workmanship is carried out to internationally recognised IPC 610 and 620 workmanship standards. Our mission is to deliver totally focused services, resulting in sustainable manufacturing and supply chain partnerships and long term relationships with our clients. As a result we are proud to confirm achievement of UKAS Accredited Certification EN ISO 14001:2015 for our Environmental Management Systems
