Chapman Taylor-designed Eda Build-to-Rent tower has been shortlisted for a UK Inside Housing Development Award.   The 331ft 29-storey residential tower offers 290 build-to-rent apartments in various configurations, including 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed layouts. New pictures of the recently opened Hotel Indigo in Coventry. The architecture and interiors for this upscale boutique hotel were designed by Chapman Taylor. This evening I had the amazing honour of chairing my colleague and friend Alexander Esfahani's enlightening talk on the essential role of net zero in our industry. This Women in Property North West event not only focused on linking to best practice guidance but also highlighted the commercial viability metrics that our sector urgently needs to explore. Key themes included materials passports, carbon budgeting, EU and UK taxonomy, and an insightful approach to innovative density per carbon measures developed as part of his role as the global Head of Responsible Design at Chapman Taylor.
