We're looking for NCSC Customer Contact Advisors to join our Concerns Team. In this role you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to those that contact CQC via multiple channels predominantly calls but also emails and web forms providing a first line resolution for customers seeking advice or sharing information of concern.
