It’s official – we’re once again one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing! Thank you Great Place To Work UK 💙 Following our GPTW recognition in December, we’re delighted to announce we've maintained our UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing in the medium-sized business category, for the second year running. 📖👉 https://lnkd.in/eanJy-wj This company-wide survey allowed our team to give feedback on what it means to work at Blue Light Card – a huge thank you to all of them! Our CEO, Alidad Moghaddam, said: “Wellbeing plays a major role in our approach to life at Blue Light Card. From our internal Culture Club and mental health first aid training to our very own gym, fitness classes, and breakout spaces, we strive to support our team's wellbeing. “To be recognised for wellbeing means a great deal and, as many of our internal initiatives are team-led. I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who helps make Blue Light Card the best it can be. “All of this enables our team to deliver the best service to our members while enjoying their work.” #GreatPlaceToWork #GPTW

This May we wanted to say a small (but extra) thank you to our members. 💙 The month hosts a number of recognition days that fall within a week of each other – International Firefighters' Day, International Day of the Midwife and Nurses' Day. We took the chance to give back to our members – in a small but very tasty way – with custom Blue Light Card cupcakes thanks to the very talented Claire Humphreys. 🍰 From Torquay to Greenock, and many places in between, we dished out over 350 cupcakes to nurses, midwives and firefighters across the Blue Light community. A huge thank you to Cara, Jane, Paul and Sarah for surprising and delighting so many members. 👏
