We asked Arek a few questions before joining. What's your job role, what will you be doing at BI:PROCSI? I will be joining BI:PROCSI as a QA Engineer and I'll be testing our software, hunting down bugs, suggesting new processes, and making sure everything is in perfect shape before it goes live. Can you share your journey and experience as a QA that brought you to where you are today? I've had the chance to work in various industries like digital marketing, SaaS, and retail, and I've been part of both small and big teams. I've handled many different projects that needed all sorts of manual and automation testing. Now, I'm excited to dive into the Business Intelligence industry, use my skills to improve QA processes, and learn some new things along the way. What were the main reasons you chose to join BI:PROCSI? One of the main reasons I chose to join BI:PROCSI was how welcoming everyone was during the interview process. The emphasis on continuous personal development and culture fit really impressed me because it's something that I believe is really important. When you're not tracking down software bugs, what activities do you enjoy for relaxation or fun? Lately, I've really gotten into dog training. I have a super smart dog named Freya who's great at learning new tricks, so it's a really rewarding hobby! I also love eating out, cooking, and trying new foods.
