I met with a psychiatric patient once a week for six months. It gave me a profound sense of well-being to bring a bit of human warmth and conversation into their life. The stigmatization surrounding relatively common conditions like schizophrenia, bi-polar and depression strongly impacts those suffering from these or related conditions.

This was an interesting project combining my ability to create video tutorials, with social networking, marketing and tech information savvy to act as a Portal for users of the system and increase traffic to the corporate website. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about how marketing intersects with technology and to keep up to date on the latest trends in IT…
