There's plenty of analysts and industry observers who answer questions like these without being fired. Sorry I just don't think this answer has much content.

So, "analysts and industry observers" are about as qualified to answer this as we are, meaning educated speculation. I mean specifically there are 5-6 people work for BA and AA that can tell you exactly why this flight is priced at $19,571.00. Volume of content does not equate to correctness.
