May 14, 2023 at 9:03 | comment | added | Alex | Yes; I really tried several flights, and either I ended up on a webpage of an airline in a language I could not understand, or I was unable to find the flight on the webpage, or the flight did exist - but with about three times the price as indicated on the google flight page. I really felt if someone wanted to make fun of me

Google flight is 2 € off the price I'd have to pay on the Lufthansa website (if I were to travel with handluggage only, which is the cheapest option Lufthansa offers).

Anything with www.google.com isn't a fraud. It might not be what you want, but a fraud site would aim to catch mistyping the site's URL, or appear to be a variant.

May 12, 2023 at 16:13 | comment | added | Krist van Besien | It still isn't a scam. Google just doesn't show live prices, as it can't.
May 12, 2023 at 16:12 | comment | added | vidarlo | @Alex It doesn't lead to google.com. It triggers a javascript function that shows a feedback form. Your question reads more like a rant than a question to me.
May 12, 2023 at 16:00 | comment | added | Alex | First, I get VASTLY inaccurate information and 2. the "feedback" link on the bottom leads to "google.com" but not to any feedback form . Hey, I can give you the cheapest prices! I create a random number generator and that's it!

May 12, 2023 at 15:57 | comment | added | Kate Gregory | how can it possibly be a scam for a search tool to tell you "I think you can buy this for $x" but then it turns out you can't? Did you pay for this inaccurate information? Did you hand over a credit card to be charged 1169 but were actually charged 3200? Did anybody get any money from you at all, or ask to? No! Even if this turns out to be a bad way to search for flights, how does that make it a scam? Please edit your question to explain.
