But since ABNB is huge and you're just a bug to them, they will squish you if they feel like it. TOS don't mean nothing with such power disparity. | |

Are hosts contractually obliged to rent their unit only through AirBnB and prohibited from using it otherwise, including renting through any other channels? AirBnB might hate the practice and refuse to do more business with either party if they find out, that's their right... but I doubt anyone would be prosecuted for fraud. | |
