Timeline for I have two passports/nationalities. How do I use them when I travel?

The immigration agent only asked me if I had another passport, and when that let me through the gate, he was satisfied. I find that odd, as there are emigration restrictions in NZ - you can't leave if you have unpaid parking tickets, for example. | |
