Yes you can. Add the code "define( 'TIMESHEETS_SKIP_CRON', false );" to your wp-config.php. This will stop that web server from processing the email messages. Just make sure that you do not put this setting on every web server otherwise you won't get the messages on any server. Ja, dat kan. Voeg de code "define( 'TIMESHEETS_SKIP_CRON', false );" toe aan uw wp-config.php. Dit zal die web server stoppen met het verwerken van de email berichten. Zorg er wel voor dat je deze instelling niet op elke webserver zet anders krijg je de berichten op geen enkele server. Details

The system is pretty straight forward to configure. It supports a basic workflow of employees submitting timesheets to their supervisor, who then approves or denies the time sheet. Once approved the time sheets go over to the accounts receivable queue (we call it the Invoicing Queue) so that the customer can be invoiced. From there if needed it goes to the payroll queue so that expenses can be paid back to the employee. There's even a setting for making all invoices that someone submits go to the invoicing queue in case you have hourly employees that you need to handle. Het systeem is vrij eenvoudig te configureren. Het ondersteunt een basis workflow van werknemers die urenstaten indienen bij hun supervisor, die vervolgens de urenstaat goedkeurt of weigert. Na goedkeuring gaan de urenstaten naar de debiteuren wachtrij (we noemen dit de Invoicing Queue) zodat de klant gefactureerd kan worden. Van daaruit gaat het indien nodig naar de loonlijst zodat onkosten kunnen worden terugbetaald aan de werknemer. Er is zelfs een instelling om ervoor te zorgen dat alle facturen die iemand indient, naar de facturering wachtrij gaan voor het geval je werknemers per uur hebt die je moet afhandelen. Details

Yes they can. Depending on how you have your queue workflows being done this could cause odd things to happen to the timesheet. So be careful. Ja, dat kan. Afhankelijk van hoe je je wachtrij workflows hebt kan dit vreemde dingen doen gebeuren met de urenstaat. Dus wees voorzichtig. Details

You can configure it to start on whatever day you'd like. By default it'll configure itself for the week starting on Monday, but you can change it. It wouldn't be recommneded to change it after starting to use it, as the old timesheets won't be updated. Je kunt het zo instellen dat het begint op elke dag die je maar wil. Standaard zal het zichzelf configureren voor de week die begint op maandag, maar je kunt dit veranderen. Het is niet aan te raden om dit te veranderen nadat je het in gebruik hebt genomen, omdat de oude timesheets dan niet meer worden geūpdatet. Details

Depends how you look at things. If you don't approve anyone for the invoicing queue, but then configure the system for parallel queues for Invoicing and Payroll then the payroll queue will still work but the invoicing queue won't be used. Hangt ervan af hoe je naar de dingen kijkt. Als je niemand goedkeurt voor de facturering wachtrij, maar het systeem configureert voor parallelle wachtrijen voor facturering en salaris administratie, dan werkt de salaris wachtrij nog steeds, maar wordt de facturering wachtrij niet gebruikt.
