The Great Indian Kapil Show: Ranbir Kapoor to Aamir Khan- When celebs spoke about their kids

The first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show wrapped successfully with an intriguing ensemble of guests on the show. It was for the first time that Aamir Khan graced Kapil's show. Kapil even mentioned that it took him 8 months to get Aamir on board. Looking back at the season, here are times when the celebs spoke about their kids on the show, and even had some interesting revelations to make.

When Kapil speaks about Raha, Ranbir shared, "After Raha's birth, I don't feel like doing anything. I don't want to shoot movies, I want to stay at home, keep watching her while she sleeps. I feel like wanting to stay with her and play. I can't wait to bring her on your show."

Neetu Kapoor was all praises for Ranbir being such a hands-on father, she mentioned, "Whenever Raha enters the room, you should see his face, it’s full of expressions. He is very excited. I have to tell you that I have seen many fathers but I haven’t seen anyone like him. She keeps looking for him and loves to play with her dad."

When Kapil inquired about whether Aamir’s kids come to him for advice regarding the industry or life in general, he shares that he is "Ghar ki Murgi dal barabar" for his children, jokingly lamenting that his generation has always ended up becoming the yes-men —first to their parents, then to their children.

Aamir Khan gripes about his kids. "Mere dil ki baat abhi bahar nikalne wali hai," he the added, "I'll tell you what I feel, but let me first confess. My children refuse to listen to me. When people hear this, they all start laughing aloud."

Aamir goes on to explain why he felt compelled to express this, saying, "There has been a long discussion to finalize on what I am wearing today." Aamir receives praise from Archana Puran Singh, who remarks on how well-fitted he appears. He says, "My idea was to come in shorts but they asked me to wear jeans."

Kapil Sharma jokingly asked Farah Khan, "If someone transfers 300 crores into your bank account by mistake, what will you do?" Farah's response to this question had everyone in the room laugh out loud. She answered, "300 crore?" I'll retire and leave my husband and children (laughs). Archana Puran Singh responded to Farah's statement, saying, "I believe you will not leave your children, but you will leave your husband." Farah said, "Yes, okay." Archana Puran Singh added, "You should feel the fun of Rs 300 crore with your kids." Farah countered Archana and quipped, "Unke sath kya maza aayega. Tom Cruise ke pass jaungi na mai (How will I have fun with kids? I will go to meet Tom Cruise)."

Farah Khan revealed that, "There was a film, I think it was Abbas Mastan, where Anil Kapoor was offered to play the role of Sonam's father. He refused and said, 'what nonsense, how can I be Sonam's father.'
