Mithijhora: Nilu is admitted to the hospital, Rai holds herself responsible for her condition

‘Mithijhora’ is keeping the audience at the edge of their seats with the twists and turns in its storyline. As per the current track of ‘Mithijhora’, Rai and Anirban are set to marry each other, after finally having confessed their feelings. Anirban proposed to Rai in front of her family members after planning the surprise with Rai’s younger sister Srot.After Rai confessed about her feelings to Anirban, he went to Rai’s place to ask for her hand in marriage. Anirban sought Rai’s mother’s blessings and everyone except Nilu agreed to the marriage.

On the day of Rai and Anirban’s marriage, Sourya and his family came to Rai’s house bearing the container of turmeric for the ‘Gaye Holud’ ritual. However, Sourya refused to acknowledge Nilu or speak with her. As Nilu came out to greet Sourya, he walked away. Nilu was devastated by Sourya’s behaviour and vented all her anger out on Rai. Rai too was heartbroken to see her sister like that on the occasion of her wedding. In the evening, just when Rai and Anirban were about to take their wedding vows, Rai’s mother turned up bearing the bad news.

Nilu had popped some sleeping pills. As she was found unconscious in her room, she was rushed to the hospital. Rai’s mother was inconsolable seeing her daughter like that. Rai kept of blaming herself for Nilu’s condition. However, Srot assured her that Nilu would be fine. Meanwhile, the doctors come out of to inform the family about Nilu’s condition. How is Nilu?

‘Mithijhora’, a popular Bengali television show, stars Aratrika Maity, Debadrita Basu and Swapnila Chakrabarty as three sisters. As per the story of the show, Raipurna, Nilanjana and Srowtashini are three sisters. They love each other from the depths of their heart. They have an elder brother Vikram who is physically impaired. So, their only job holder is their father, Kingshuk. Raipurna loves Sourya. So, they would get married. But on the day of their marriage, Kingshuk dies. In these circumstances, to take responsibility for her family, she gets Nilanjana and Sourya married without their knowledge. As a result, everyone misunderstands Raipurna. As the story progresses, Rai becomes the sole breadwinner of the family. Anirban Sen (played by Suman Dey), a businessman and entrepreneur, comes into the picture much later. Rai and Anirban come close and find companionship in each other.
