Excessive screen time can have significant effects on children's physical and mental well-being, including sedentary lifestyle and reduced physical activity linked to obesity and poor posture. It can also contribute to digital eye strain, headaches, and disruptions in sleep patterns. Excessive screen usage in early childhood may hinder language skills and social aptitude. It can also lead to aggressive behavior, desensitization, and sleep disturbances.
