'Dharmaveer 2': Bobby Deol and Maha CM Eknath Shinde unveil the first poster of the Prasad Oak starrer

Actor Bobby Deol and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde unveil the first poster of Marathi cinema's highly anticipated sequel to Prasad Oak starrer 'Dharmaveer 2' helmed by Pravin Tarde.
The film's poster was released in the presence of Marathi cinema's veteran stars, Sachin Pilgaonkar and Ashok Saraf.
During the event, Deol expressed his gratitude and excitement, saying, “It’s an honor to be part of this celebration.The performance in the first part was commendable, and I congratulate CM Eknath Shinde on his two successful years in government.”

Reflecting on the film and its subject, CM Eknath Shinde said, “Anand Dighe was not just a leader but my guru. His life and contributions continue to inspire us. I am proud to support this cinematic portrayal of his legacy.”
Actor-director Pravin Tarde's last biopic on the late Shiv Sena leader Anand Dighe was a major box-office success and has also won praise from critics. In the film, Prasad Oak played the role of Anand Dighe. He received a lot of appreciation and love from the audience for his look as a late political leader.
The film is all set to hit screens on August 9, 2024.
