For the price this headset is excellent. I am using it for webex on my laptop with the dongle. And connected to my phone via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and the mic performs very well. comfort is decent for an on ear headset. for me any on hear headset hurts after awhile.
To answer a few questions.
1. Mine came with USB-C connections. so the headset itself is USB-C the dongle is USB-A and it comes with an adapter.
2. You can plug in the headset to charge and still use it wireless. that was a nice plus
3. The dongle seems to use bluetooth between the dongle and the headset separate from the computer. My laptop has some bluetooth restrictions and was please to see that it still worked.
For me the voice prompts are not too loud. perfect actually. the buttons are simple but who uses buttons on a headset designed for teleconference. i don't even touch them. mute button works great. my microphone is set to 60% and sounds fantastic on the other end. the boom mice feels very solid. and the wireless charging puts the topping on the cake. the dongle has a nice light that changes to red when mute is on(only when using an application) so its not red all the time if just listening to music with the mic up.
Only issue I have found is that when using the mic with webex or any other platform it does seem to switch the codecs of the bluetooth. very seamless i might add. so the quality of sound when using the mic is a bit lower. so if you are listening to music and on a call it will be lower quality. but once you end the call it will switch back to the better quality.
