Program support (also know as technical assistance) is a partnership between your organization and TAASA. We can help you with a variety of issues that arise when operating an organization, establishing community partnerships, measuring impact and more.

What Does Program Support Look Like?

Feel free to reach out to TAASA as challenges arise or well before a problem occurs.  Assistance can be conducted through:

  • Phone, e-mail, and web meetings
  • In-person visits to provide face to face mentoring and assistance, which allows for assistance to staff, boards, SART/MDTs, community coalitions, etc. 
  • Facilitating skill-building meetings and training developed for board and staff development
  • Support for reviewing and developing policies, procedures, and bylaws
  • Collaboration with agency leadership to facilitate strategic planning, board retreats, and agency assessments
  • Collaboration with programs in designing and implementing evaluation strategies
