Bots Pricing Changes

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

We have made pricing changes on Freshbots recently i.e. Chatbots and Email Bot. The changes are recorded below.
Customers using bots on old pricing plan -

However, new pricing doesn’t automatically apply to new customers. Some conditionalities are mentioned below -
Below is a summary of the changes:
As per the new bot pricing changes, the number of free sessions has been changed to 500, provided once for a lifetime. However, current customers on older bot plans will still receive complimentary sessions according to their respective plans (as shown in the table above)
However, the new bots pricing would be applied to existing accounts on Omnichannel, Freshchat in CRM, Classic Freshchat and Freshdesk when they change their plans.
The 500 free sessions would be available until the customer purchases the first session pack. If there are any leftover free sessions before the purchase, they wouldn’t be carried forward once a pack purchase is made.
Freshdesk admins can use 'Try Higher Plan' for exploring higher plans. 'Farming Trial' will transfer customers to new bot pricing, even if the customer returns to the prior plan at the end of the trial.
