How to fix error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
I'm working on a PHP and while the application works in Internet Explorer, within Edge, where I want to run this application, I get error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.
