BitsAdmin URI Query → Unable to add file to job - 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect
I cannot seem to get BITSADMIN to perform an HTTP(S) JSON request.
bitsadmin /create Job
bitsadmin /setcustomheaders Job "Content-Type:application/json" "Accept:application/json"
bitsadmin /addfile ...

Why might anything https related freezes my computer? How would I go about debugging this?
I may be wrong, but it appears that any application using https either freezes or gives me an error.
