How to know your PC's RAM model on Windows 10?
I've got a DELL Latitude E5470 and it's got an 8GB RAM. I saw there is an empty slot so I can put another one but I'm not sure which one to choose: this one or this one...

Laptop doesn't work after replacing RAM

Installed new memory, dell laptop, bios posts (recognizes memory), windows won't load
I have a Dell Latitude e6520 that had 2X4GB memory. I found on sale 2X8GB crucial memory, which my IT buddy said the specs match and should work. It has an intel i7-2620 processor with windows 7 x64.
