Files in the same directory seen differently by different tools [duplicate]
I have installed chocolate(packet manager) programs at:
C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\bin
And also installed fzf(search tool) as GVIM plugin.Accidently installed at the same dir:
C:\ProgramData\...

Chocolatey install of Cygwin keeps looping through sites?
So I have been trying to install Cygwin via chocolatey here, using:
cinst Cygwin
However, I get this screen
which just goes through different sites, and keeps 'failing'.
Now I am concerned... ...
