It doesn't matter what it's called as long as it ends in .{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} (WITH leading period (.))

It also doesn't matter where it is. I prefer not to have anything on the desktop.

Regardless of what you use before the GUID (ILikePuppies, GodMode, etc.)... create it in or move it to the \Windows folder, then create a shortcut (Send to Desktop) and rename that to whatever you want. No need to look at that GUID all the time.
