Have you tried rolling back the update? When you say the G Hub doesn't help, do you mean you reinstalled it, or used some feature in it? Have you checked for and updated drivers?– music2myearCommented Apr 29 at 21:46

I don't know what's the specific system update possibly causing the issue. And I also don't know how to roll back. After installing G Hub, the Code 19 error is still there. The drivers are already up to date I think. In the device manager, "Update Drivers" shows that they are already the best drivers. And I see no newer drivers in Windows Update also.– chaosinkCommented Apr 30 at 14:32

Disconnect the device. Uninstall the Logitech software. Find the device in Device Manager and delete it. If you're prompted, tell the computer to delete/uninstall the drivers too. Then restart your computer and reconnect the device. When we mention reinstalling the device drivers, that usually also means going to the vendor support site and downloading the latest available drivers manually, rather than relying on the various automated tools or driver installers.– music2myearCommented Apr 30 at 14:39

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
