  • If all the drivers are up to date and the issue was there when you purchased the machine, you might consider backing up and installing Windows fresh. Settings, Update, Advanced, Recovery and system reset

  • Obviously the whole purpose of doing this much troubleshooting is to avoid Clean Install or Refresh Windows.
