Your HDD stats do not look good. The Seek_Error_Rate , Reported_Uncorrect , and Hardware_ECC_Recovered values seem problematic. The Power_On_Hours raw value indicates that this drive has been rather well-used.

For a crude assessment of the operating condition of a drive, use the short and extended tests (which only perform read operations).
