Plesk can fairly heavily modify the linux on which it runs. Can you give us your plesk version and os with version please? It might also be worth tagging the question with postfix. The other standard ports for mail are 587 and 465, but you'll need to modify both main.cf and master.cf to get the services and security lined up correctly.– GreigCommented May 6, 2023 at 16:23
