I always shut down my PC before leaving the room. The power doesn't go out randomly, only when I take my card out of its place, and as I said I do it only when leaving the room because I have to. That is why I started with disabling fast boot and similar settings, because I thought the PC is in some kind of sleep mode and when it completely loses power something breaks.– VukašinCommented Mar 3, 2022 at 21:11

2 comments because of maximum characters. So here for example I will be going out in a couple of minutes. I will shutdown my PC normally, take the card out and leave the room, the power will go out as intended, and when I come back put the card back in and get the power back the only way for the PC to post is if I hold the power and reset button for 10 seconds, the PC will troubleshoot I guess and fix the problem but only for that boot.– VukašinCommented Mar 3, 2022 at 21:12

A guess would be that the power down is not very orderly, with perhaps power surges, which is extremely unhealthy for the computer. A UPS will help in this case. Even just a surge protector might help.– harrymcCommented Mar 3, 2022 at 21:44

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
