Check the PSU that each output is putting out the correct voltage within 3%. That is all you can do without replacement parts to test.– anonCommented Apr 2, 2021 at 21:52

Since there are no beeps, it might be working properly. Do you have a spare graphics card to test with?– KeltariCommented Apr 2, 2021 at 22:02

Is your motherboard actually compatible with this CPU? When I bought my Ryzen 5 2600X, the motherboard was not compatible and required a BIOS update. All Ryzen CPU's will have the same issue where a BIOS update will flash it so that a certain subset of processors will work, and older processors will eventually be removed to free up space, but for newer cpu's you do need to have a certain bios update already. In my case I did need to install an older CPU to flash it first.– LPChipCommented Apr 2, 2021 at 22:18

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
