Those are all working here. The two you said did not work are my last two. I listed 10 in total. (1) do you have more than 10 and (2) try running System File checker and then restart (SFC /SCANNOW )– anonCommented Apr 22, 2020 at 21:20

SFC reported errors at folder SystemRoot\WinSxS\Temp\PendingRenames\ but I can’t delete files in this folder even in Windows Safe Mode.– TemporaryUserCommented Apr 22, 2020 at 21:28

That folder is empty on my machine. You may consider deleting the files with Unlocker 1.9.2 (Softpedia or Major Geeks)– anonCommented Apr 22, 2020 at 21:36

You could look at the folders for old content that is no longer needed. I have installed software on that Windows 7 machine not too long ago and the entire folder is empty– anonCommented Apr 22, 2020 at 21:48

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
