This appears very similar in size to loop6, based on the name given by lsblk (/snapNow sdb/gnomesdb1 must be the USB-logs/45) it probably appears as a writable device formemory's main partitioning. Is the Ubuntu installation software, similar toone you boot possibly 16GB? It is bootable as "Boot" has a RAM-resident disk"*" below it.
