I've already been through that code and there is a problem: both Base64 and Base32 can map directly to some number of bits, 6 in case of Base64 and 3 in case of Base32 , but for example Base62 doesn't map to whole number of bits. So I have no idea how to convert that Base32 implementation into universal base encoder.
