@YunessMehdian it was a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly how I got there. I was doing a lot of research to resolve this issue and must have stumbled across the captcha page.

Less secure apps and Display Unlock Captcha worked for me on 000webhost

this worked for me, I have been struggling with outlook, Outlook doesn't tell you to log in, just shows you the SMTP failed message. thanks a lot.
