@myshen: according to the answer by @tyrion process substitution doesn't work for ssh -F in bash - the way you mention should work in zsh though.

If you are using bash or zsh, process substitution is a simpler way of passing the output of one command to another. bash: ssh -F <(vagrant ssh-config) zsh: zsh process substitution ssh -F =(vagrant ssh-config)
