2$\begingroup$ It is not entirely clear that Zvezda and Poisk are supposed to go with the Russian segement. There are several plans and possibilities and this is only one of them. They all take Nauka and and OM with them however. $\endgroup$– geoffcCommented Mar 23, 2015 at 20:28

2$\begingroup$ Along with others, I harbor serious doubts that the Russians will truly "go it alone" and create a new space-station based on pieces of ISS, already in orbit or otherwise. Russia's economy is just slightly smaller than that of the U.K., although they spend far more than the U.K. on Roscosmos. Still, a large portion of the costs of operating ISS are paid for by the U.S. A year or so ago, Russia said they planned on taking some modules from ISS after 2020 (and not extending to 2024) but budget pressures led them to delay to 2024 and I personally expect that to happen again. $\endgroup$– KirkaiyaCommented Mar 25, 2015 at 22:12

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. orbital-mechanics), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
