    Develop work relationships after work, We should develop our often neglected friend and family relationships after work. Considering Co-Workers are rarely friends, and take most opportunities to help themselves at others expense. The company yes-men, cronies and tools just don't realize it, because the opportunities are infrequent. XP might have some value, I have no experience to say otherwise. Scrum has become different version of micromanaging, at least at the 3 or so companies I've known it. .... Ya know what, I hate Corporate America far too much to be even slightly objective.
