    @user272671 NO. Have them deliver running, tested software to the user regularly. Not on a stupidly arbitrary schedule like 2 or 3 weeks. If the users or the software complexity is such that a 6 week cycle work, then do 6 weeks. If it can be done on an "when completed" then do that. Do not hamstring yourself with artificial constraints. Such is not agile.
